Four years ago today a young man named Jason Stief was sadistically murdered while waiting in line at a McDonald’s drive-thru window as his attackers approached his car and shot him.
Jason Stief was murdered, because he believed in putting his community first by agreeing to testify as a witness to his best friends murder only a few days before. In this day in age where criminal thugs and wanabe gansters use fear to suppress people from fighting back, Jason is without a doubt an example of what we need more of out of our citizenry, and that’s the paitroitic duty of standing up for what is right even if you may be putting yourself at risk.
As our Delclaration Of Independence states we have unalienable rights given to us by our creator and that’s life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The Reading Eagle reckelssly outed Jason as an eye witness to the murder of his best friend on their October 10, 2004 issue. Four days later he was murdered.
You would think that in The United States Of America, its “free press” would abide by the words that Thomas Jefferson wrote into The Declaration Of Independence so many years years ago, and abide by what our pledge of alligence says, especially in the part that mentions “And Justice For All”, but sadly they only care about their own political agenda.
Since Jason’s death The City Of Reading has decayed into more of a 3rd world country where The Washington Post claimed that living conditions in The Dominican Republic are better. Crime has continued to rise, and codes enforcment continues to be ignored to the point where a young child recently fell to his death. Murder cases like Jason’s continue to be unsolved. The Reading Eagle must always be reminded of what they did to this kid, and we must hope that one day The Reading Eagle is brought to justice for thier part in Jason’s death. Jason’s mother Tina has activly been involed with Years For Tears which works to solve all of the unsolved murders in Reading, PA. The irony of Citigroup which is run by former Clinton Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin taking over Wachovia that continues to prove that this government bailout is nothing but massive welfare for mainly Democrat Party hacks in the Clinton Administration.
The main issue that the story fails to mention is that this is the first bank that has fallen without any connections to subprime lending. Wachovia was strickly a prime lender that required a credit score of at least 650, but perfered 675 to 700 before they would even talk to you. This is hardly the credit scores of subprime borrowers that ranged from the 500 credit score range which we hear so much about in the media.
Simply put is that this government bailout is only going to be a tear in the bucket, as all fingers of blame have been pointed to stupid people with bad credit, but now news of this takeover indicates that we need to include stupid people with good credit into that mix as well.
Let’s face reality right here and now. Regardless of what Democrats and Republicans did to mandate banks to lend money to people, it still does not excuse the ignorance and stupidity of the people that signed on the dotted line when they knew they could not afford it. In my former county of residenance Berks County, I saw this stupidity constantly everywhere I went. I did several I.T. consulting jobs for real estate companies, and know many realtors, and the kicker is that on average 60% of the mortgages that were being made were prime lenders like Wachovia, Soverign, etc. The problem was that their underwriting critera did not take into account the risk associated with interest only, or Adustable Rate Mortgages (a.k.a. ARMs) and were using the critera as if these people were taking a standard 30 year fixed mortgage. Another intersting point was that these people applying for a mortgage demanding the ARM’s and interest only loans, because they wanted to buy more house than what they could afford.
Bottom line is we have a bigger problem than what people are willing to admit. We are basically admitting that our credit reporting system is now broken. It is now been proven that it was not just people with bad credit that caused this problem, but people with good credit that got greedy risking the fact that property values would continue to increase. That is why banks are so afraid to lend money even with people who have perfect credit. Your credit score can be 800, but there is no way of knowing if you are going to be one of those morons who try to live beyond your means. If you really want to fix the problem, then overhaul the concept of credit reporting, because it now has been proven to be flawed for all the world to see. The best way to underwrite is to judge you for what you did and do, and a reformed system would blacklist these stupid people from taking loans for several years rather than determine what kind of person you are by simply reading a 3 digit number on a credit report from a system that is now been proven to be a joke. Mark my words we are far from seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Once again my brother in law Todd Stephan is back in Jail for violating his probation, and hopefully will soon be charged along with others for the attempted murder of your’s truly, and the fact that his family are big fat cat donors to The Democrat Party won’t get him out of this one. As of right now Todd will be in jail for 2 to 3 years until he is up for prole again so that’s a good thing, and hopefully he gets more time after his threats and actions come to backfire on him.
From what has been gathered thus far by fact gathering and by Todd’s statements to my wife, he has been bragging to his friends, and my wife Marci Heckman how he was going to have me killed, and how he paid people to carry out the hit. What is even more disturbing is that he even got my own cousin Jimmy Heckman who is the owner of Cutting Edge Fabrication in Reading, PA to run illegal handguns for Todd to help carry out this hit. I know Mayor Tom McMahon has had a boner for quite some time in saying how he wants to get “illegal hand guns” off the street, so here is your chance Tom I just gave you a target.
I also know for a fact that several of my family members are involved with this attempted hit including Harry A. Heckman Jr., John A. Heckman Sr., Harry A. Heckman IV, and Don Symons, are the names that have been spit out of Todd’s mouth thus far.
All this because my wife left me for another guy who is going through his 4th divorce, because he partially slit his wife’s throat, and I dared to have the balls to obtain custody of my kids to keep them out of that dangerous affair. My family just wants to shut me up, because god forbid I keep talking about Steve Geras and their glory days running drugs.
I got a message for my dear family members. If you are not involved with this, then you better debunk Todd pretty damn quick and denounce him, because I assure you I have people looking into this, and I will not back down, because quite frankly I’m sick of your little wigger games thinking you are all gangsters. I have already made it my effort to testify against Todd every time he is up for parole, because if I have anything to do with it, that drunken punk will stay where he’s at.

In light of the most recent drug bust in a Muhlenberg Township home just days after I conducted a discussion about many Berks County Public Officials including Muhlenberg Police chief Erik Grunzig, and Muhlenberg Township Engineer Doug Didyoung who want more of the New York crowd and less of the PA Dutch hayseed hick under the illusion of receiving a big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow involving tax revenue I could not help but expose this BS for what it is. Simply BS.
Either Erik Grunzig, Doug Didyoung, The Muhlenberg Township Commisioners, The County Commissioners, etc. want cheaper cocaine, and marijuana, or are just plain stupid. These people are no different than the retards who think they can bleed gold from other peoples trash. While we are a United States Of America, each state however does have a different culture, and with it different types of criminal activity. The problem with these elected punks is all they see is the potential revenue, so they play Mr. Bigshot and present it on Powerpoint, and woo all the other assclowns in the room while they pat each other on the back for a job well done, but without thinking about the costs that come with it be it financially, economically, or criminally. I thought if Muhlenberg Township, Erik Grunzig, and Doug Didyoung wanted to import an element from another state, I thought It would have been Utah, because most of those people would already be used to being screwed by several different people.
Bottom line is weather it’s Utah, New York, or Never Never Land, the elected officials in Berks County especially in Muhlenberg Township have to realize that these people coming in from bad areas are not shitting gold nuggets out of their ass. In the end you just realize it was all fools gold.

Beside the obvious bias of The Reading Eagle by not adding their famous “Editors Note” mentioning Doug Didyoung as the township engineer for Muhlenberg Township as they do with known Republicans and Conservatives when they attempt to write a letter to the editor (or the sperm), I find it disgusting that they allowed Doug Didyoung to spew such hypocritical nonsense claiming he “fought against communism” when in fact he has embraced communism. Here is the quote from Doug Didyoung that I’m talking about.
“People know I am a proud veteran who fought against communism: for the rights of all people, especially those who could not speak for themselves; for this nation’s ideals and freedoms, including due process.”
Now this quote makes me sick and very angry as well since he has done nothing of the sort. As a matter of fact Doug Didyoung was a major player along with that Gulag of a police chief named Erik Grunzig in extorting my mother out of her property. I think I need to point out what these dear champions of freedom or in this case communism were responsible for.
Doug Didyoung it was YOU who started all this extortion by trampling on The Constitution of The United States by telling my mother that she has no property rights to her home, because of The Homestead Act Of 1862 (which was repealed in 1976) giving her older siblings “Blood Rule” as you referred to it, as the property was previously owned by her parents, and permitting Harry A. Heckman Jr. to dump motor oil, used appliances, and several other items of trash on the property. It was YOU who ignored several township codes to be broken by John A. Heckman Sr. to dump asphalt onto my mother’s property as one of many extortion attempts by him. All of this lowered my mother’s property value to the point where she had no choice but to do a short sale because our dear family members trashed it, and polluted it to the point where it would be impossible to afford to repair it which was given the blessing of YOU and that Stalinist Gulag of a police chief (then sergeant) Erik Grunzig by permitting attempted arson on her property, and the assault of my two boys by Patricia Heckman when they were playing in the backyard by telling me that “The Mother Ship did it”.
Bottom lines is Doug Didyoung you are simply a political hack that has been in a position of political power for far too long and you would wipe your ass with the constitution if given the chance. Not once did you grant any request from my mother to see the lies made by her older siblings, or grant any request to see evidence of anything you said. Remember this Didyoung, you may have served in the military, but so did Benedict Arnold and that’s exactly what you are.

I first want to give a big thank you to everybody that e-mailed me in droves over the past 24 hours bringing this to my attention. To be quite honest, I have not read anything from The Reading Eagle for the past couple of months now.
However when this article came to my attention this morning that was written by Tony Lucia, I had to comment on this, because in my opinion, this article is nothing but your typical public relations spin piece. I want to address the facts that Tony Lucia either failed to mention or did not research. I know The Reading Eagle reads this site, and I will tell you guys right now you can quote me on record with everything I’m about to say in this posting without violating any Berks Blog Network Copyrights.
First let’s start out with Dave Walton’s quote in the article about selling the company, because he is nearing retirement. Dave’s statement is partially correct. When I started with RAM Industries in February of 1998, every year at the annual all staff meeting, Dave would mention that he intends to sell the company in a few years, but the part that is not being told is that he was in a previous buyout agreement with RAM Industries staff where they bought stock in the company and became partners. Those people’s names are Bryan Feeney, Stan Levandoski, Mike Gaza, Jeff Graby, and Barry Bowers. Part of this partnership was that every 5 years Dave would sell more stock to them making it a phased buyout. This partnership was going on for at least a couple of years. Despite all of this Dave kept the majority of stock, and could pull the plug on this deal if he so decided which is obvious he did. Which now comes to why did he pull the plug?
The answer to that question is simple and can be proven by just simply checking public records. RAM Industries has been plagued with several lawsuits and scandals particularly involving wrongful terminations, and the various abuses of employees while under the watch of this partnership.
First there was the Karen Kershner PAC which was a large group of employees in the harnessing department that were bullied and pressured until they quit, and when they did not quit they got laid off by being told that their jobs were going to Mexico, when in fact they simply replaced them with temps in Leesport. RAM Industries was found guilty of this, and each of these ladies was paid $40,000 each. Considering this PAC consisted of over 10 people that is without a doubt a hard financial hit for a company that size during a slow economy.
Then there is my mother Mary Ann Helbert. Since this case is currently in a pending status I will not go into detail. I will say that Mary has been subjected to several tactics of abuse by Glen Adams who is in my opinion a self centered violent egomaniac, especially toward women as he once had his ass kicked by a stripper in Somerset, NJ while on business, because he would not give her a dollar after getting a lap dance.
It is these types of things, that I’m sure was the reason Dave Walton was really compelled to sell to Schneider Electric. Now if The Reading Eagle really wants to be an “objective” news source, they will look into this information I provided.
Again everything I’m saying is fact. All the claims I mentioned above were either filed in court records, or The Pennsylvania Department of Labor And Industry.

Normally I don’t get excited about something like this, but in this case I will make an exception. The wife of Y-102 big shot and known bowler Al Spotts, Betty got fired for unknown reasons. I don’t have an ounce of pitty for her considering it was her lies and covering things up that tainted my name for 5 years. RAM Industries is getting sued left and right and it looks like Betty was the one that got thrown under the bus. It just comes to show you that no matter how loyal you are to an employer even to the extent of destroying documents and covering up illegal activities like Betty Spotts did with one example being “The Pottstown Incident with Brian Mehle”, shows that you can’t trust them. Let’s also not forget the coverup when I proved I did not rape Shannon Sheetz. Layton Barnard in the front office was the one that started it in an attempt at a political witch hunt which got him caught in a big lie. It also lead to my release from RAM Industries in March of 2001, and the lie continued to haunt me for over 5 years of being blacklisted and having to take consultant jobs that whole time to build more references to counter the lies that were made about me. It lead to me having to file bankruptcy where I lost my house, a car, and destroyed my credit. All because of a collective lie engineered by Layton Barnard, and executed by Glenn Adams and Betty Spotts.
If Betty Spotts ever wants to redeem herself she should come out and tell the truth and clear the names of so many people that have been lied about, smeared, blacklisted, and destroyed because of her actions at RAM Industries. They always say your actions come back to haunt you and Betty’s came back in one lump sum.

Al Boscov has just admitted to being a tax pimp according to the Reading Eagle. That shell organization of his “Our City Reading” (you know that one you can’t find one damn financial report for in public records) admits that our taxpayer dollars are going to this scam.
While The Reading Eagle Claims that Al Boscov does put his own money into it, he refused to say how much. Al Boscov has a responsibility to disclose how much money he is putting into something he claims is a good thing. I’m willing to bet it’s just spin and you and I pay for all of “losses” that Our City Reading eats.
Mr. Boscov stop pimping people’s tax dollars for your own gain, and use your own money to fund it. All of it. If you can’t afford it then close up shop because people out there are getting taxed to death and can’t afford their own homes because of people like you that have to attack their wallets time and time again.
Bottom line it’s put up or shut up Mr. Pimp Boscov !

With all the wise crack comments coming from The Established Elite regarding Keith Stamm and his injuries, it does not shock me one bit that they denied any special assistance for Keith Stamm to be in the Labor Day Parade. What these elite snobs forget is that they are in direct violation of The American’s With Disabilities Act. If I were Keith Stamm I would be filing complaints left and right. You mark my words folks. If this was anybody else in the Democrat Party, The Established Elite would be crying foul and The Reading Eagle would have put up an entire front page story about how that Democrat was shafted. YOU KNOW IT!
It just comes to show you that Reading, PA Mayor Marvel-Less Tom McMahon is such a pussy that he is afraid of getting his ass kicked by somebody in a wheelchair. Let me tell you something Mayor Marvel-Less. You could only dream of having an ounce of character, and class that equals Keith Stamm’s character in this campaign. Period.

I know Lori Martin will enjoy this considering her recent disgust with Al “Sperm” Walentis at The Reading Eagle. I have been checking on The Sperm’s blog all day and I swear he is proving to be a closet homosexual over his obsession with Idaho Senator Larry Craig and his bathroom incident.
I’m sure the bathrooms at The Reading Eagle are not safe from this potential pervert.
As for Larry Craig, I can only say that he could still be useful, especially for Mayor Marvel-Less Tom McMahon, and Al Boscov. After all they believe in fairness. So what would be more fair then to get their buddy Ed Rendell to pull some strings and hire Larry Craig to work as a state trooper for The Pennsylvania State Police, and patrol The Goggle Works, and have some homosexual fondling joy with potential homosexuals like Sperm Walentis. If The Goggle Works is good enough for Pennsylvania State Troopers to fondle on a hetrosexual level then why not some good old fashioned homosexual ball juggling? LOL ! ![]()
