Erik Grunzig’s Pot Of Gold At The End The Rainbow

In light of the most recent drug bust in a Muhlenberg Township home just days after I conducted a discussion about many Berks County Public Officials including Muhlenberg Police chief Erik Grunzig, and Muhlenberg Township Engineer Doug Didyoung who want more of the New York crowd and less of the PA Dutch hayseed hick under the illusion of receiving a big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow involving tax revenue I could not help but expose this BS for what it is. Simply BS.

Either Erik Grunzig, Doug Didyoung, The Muhlenberg Township Commisioners, The County Commissioners, etc. want cheaper cocaine, and marijuana, or are just plain stupid. These people are no different than the retards who think they can bleed gold from other peoples trash. While we are a United States Of America, each state however does have a different culture, and with it different types of criminal activity. The problem with these elected punks is all they see is the potential revenue, so they play Mr. Bigshot and present it on Powerpoint, and woo all the other assclowns in the room while they pat each other on the back for a job well done, but without thinking about the costs that come with it be it financially, economically, or criminally. I thought if Muhlenberg Township, Erik Grunzig, and Doug Didyoung wanted to import an element from another state, I thought It would have been Utah, because most of those people would already be used to being screwed by several different people.

Bottom line is weather it’s Utah, New York, or Never Never Land, the elected officials in Berks County especially in Muhlenberg Township have to realize that these people coming in from bad areas are not shitting gold nuggets out of their ass. In the end you just realize it was all fools gold.

Well, whaddayaknow, the PA Supreme Court doesn’t wanna hear about Reading’s residency issue… now what’s Mayor McCheese gonna do?

State Supreme Court refuses to hear Reading’s appeal of Charter Board order

    Reading Eagle

The state Supreme Court has refused to hear the city’s appeal of a Charter Board order requiring former economic development manager Adam Mukerji to move into the city or be fired.

The ruling no longer matters because while the Supreme Court was deciding whether to take the case, Mukerji was named executive director of the Reading Redevelopment Authority - a job not bound by the city charter’s residency requirements.

Mukerji, who lives in Montgomery County, said he was portrayed as someone flouting the law, but hopes residents recognize that as economic development manager he worked 13- and 14-hour days and brought in $150 million in development projects.

Also while in the city post, he said, he straightened out an accounting mess and found $2.5 million in unspent community development money.

“I hope the citizens have seen what I have done in the last five or six years in economic development and make their own determination,” he said.

Ryan P. Hottenstein, city interim managing director, said he views Mukerji’s move to the redevelopment authority as separate from the residency issue.

“It gives him the ability to focus on what he’s good at - economic development,” Hottenstein said.

But Hottenstein’s predecessor as managing director, R. Leon Churchill Jr., who in May took over as city manager in Tracy, Calif., said in February when the move was announced that it was to satisfy the residency problem.

Charter Board officials were unavailable for comment.

Mukerji was hired in 2002 by former Mayor Joseph D. Eppihimer as community development director.

The city charter requires department directors and managers of any office to live in the city, but Eppihimer never required Mukerji to move and neither did his successor, Tom McMahon.

However, the new Charter Board, created in 2006 to enforce the charter requirements, ordered Mukerji to move or the city to fire him if he didn’t.

The city appealed to Berks County Court and lost, then appealed to Commonwealth Court and lost, then appealed to the state Supreme Court.

The Charter states that the heads of departments, offices, and agencies must live in the city.

Mukerji is still an “agent” for the city of Reading, and as executive director, the head agent and required to live in the city!

More legal challenges to follow, starting with a charter complaint to the Charter Board…

A Modest Proposal for Ending Socialized Capitalism

Socialized capitalism of the sort the Fed and the Treasury are now practicing, consisting of private gains and public losses, is untenable. On the other hand, it’s also true that giant Wall Street investments banks as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are too big to fail. How to reconcile these conflicting principles?

Here’s a modest proposal: When taxpayers insure a giant entity against loss — as we now are with Freddie, Fannie, and Wall Street investment banks — those entities must agree that:

    (1) for the duration of the bailout, their top executives cannot receive total annual compensation higher than that received by the President of the United States, and

    (2) the government gets five percent of their current valuation as shares of stock (roughly representing the benefit to their shareholders of the federal insurance) — so that if and when the entities become profitable again, taxpayers are compensated for the risk they’ve taken on.

Vincent Bugliosi is a legend, the famous prosecuter of Charles Manson, among the 105 successful (out of 106) federal murder prosecutions. This is quite a book.

Matt, you are the true assclown!!!

  6. Matt Heckman says:

“Matt, you are the true assclown!!!”

Coming from you Erik I will say thank you ;)

  7. Me says:

Well Mr. Know-it-all, I am not Erik, however I do know him. You “bloggers” crack me up. You people think that you can create blog and shit on everyone. Well, why dont you get off your fat ass and attend a township meeting and talk your junk there? This way, people can confront you the way that ADULTS normally handle things, face to face. This is by no way a threat, simply a suggestion. But you are probably too damn lazy to do so. You sit here and trash the current commissioners, but I ask you, do you even know anything about any of them? Or do you just believe all of the rumors you hear? Did Geras screw this township over? Yes!! But the commissioners we have in there right now are doing their job and doing it well!

  8. Matt Heckman says:

Let me tell you something, you can bitch all you want, but yet you deny the content that I wrote. You guys think your commuter farm of New Yorkers and whatnot are such a beautiful thing? Then tell me why Reading is now the most poverty stricken area in THIS STATE!? They did the same thing. Fuck economic development, fuck jobs, because we will get more tax revenue from these New Yorkers and other commuters than we could ever get from economic development and growth through jobs, small businesses, etc.

As for Steve Geras if the commissioners are so outraged by him, than why are all his slum properties still getting tax breaks while he was sitting in a jail cell? Let’s also not forget that one of those properties is where Dante “Ace Ventura” Santoni has his offices.

I’ll tell you right now Erik is in for a rude awakening if he thinks that these cash cow commuters are simply peace loving people. It’s now to the point where Reading’s criminal element is working it’s way into Muhlenberg Township and Erik is asleep at the wheel. If I drive through Riverview Park, or though some of the Greth developments that have been foreclosed on, and see the windows painted black, and bunch of cars with NY license plates in the driveway that look like some rust bucket from Cheech and Chong, what do you think they are doing? I’m sure that’s a real household tip that they got from Martha Stewart LOL :)

The era of growing pot, and cooking meth in city row homes is a thing of the past. They are now onto McMansions, and it’s only going to get worse, because the market is weak, people with 700 credit scores are having a hard time getting a mortgage, so who does that leave with the cash available to buy these properties? That’s right Drug Dealers. Also don’t give me the excuse of the laws in the book about buying a house straight up with cash, these drug dealers know how to launder it and work the system.

The reason I’m critical on Erik, Doug Didyoung, The Commissioners, and other elected officials is because all they think about is the tax revenue without any regard for what comes with it, and the reason you people get pissed off when bloggers write about it is because the word is out exposing their stupidity that back in the old days the local media would ignore. That is what you really can’t stand is it?

  9. me says:

    Matty boy,

If I rub Preparation H on you, will you go away?? For the love of God, you are such an ass. You sat there and wasted your time typing nonsense. I never ever brought up 3/4 of the topics you are arguing. I simply asked, “why dont you go to the township meetings rather then hiding because your computer.” Oh I know why, because you are a pansy!!! By the way, do you kiss your mom with that mouth?

  10. Matt Heckman says:

I don’t go to the meetings because like everybody else, those shit headed fuckups could give a rats ass about the people that elect them in the first place.

That’s why we have bloggers out there, because it’s a full proof way of calling these shit headed fuckups on their actions. I remember a Muhlenberg Police officer telling me some time ago that this site really pisses them off. Boo Hoo cry me a river.

Also I did not type nonsense on my last post in this topic. These are valid questions and points, but as usual Erik Grunzig, The Shit Headed Fuckups, and Doug Didyoung lack the balls to answer them. People don’t want the Tom McMahon Hug-A-Thug style law enforcement, as that’s how thugs like Cletus Rivera (who is now getting legal aid from La Razza to spare his poor excuse of a life) get away with killing cops. They want you to fight the thugs, the slime, and the feces that are the cause of the criminal element, not embracing them with open arms, because they bring an illusion of massive amounts of tax revenue (a.k.a. fools gold) that you morons continue to fall for over and over again.

Let’s take Muhlenberg High School for example. When I went there we never had a bomb threat, or a self admitted Nazi running the UN club with an agenda of performing a school shooting there. There was a line of respect that was drawn and while we would pull pranks, we never crossed that line. Now look at that school today. It consists mainly of pot heads and other low forms of life that have nothing better to do than to video themselves on youtube shitting off of overpasses, and smearing feces all over the restrooms. If The Shit Headed Fuckups worried more about their community, than being politically correct you would not have these problems. Prime example being Reading School District embracing Dominican Independence Day which caused a riot on 13th St., but it’s ok in the name of tax revenue.

My advice to you and The Shit Headed Fuckups would be to debate these issues rather than ignore them.

I like his latest entries on the city’s condition!

Anyways, Matt is only offering one perspective, YOU / ME can offer one or not, but to waste your time coming here to trash Mr. Heckman only leaves me to consider his words with greater regard, for no one sensible takes the time to bash idiots…

If your expending this effort to lambaste Matt, there probably is something - spot on - that is pissing the “concerned” parties off!
