Amnesty Bill DEFEATED!!

Boy the citizens of this country put a foot in the ass of the status quo today.  Well done everybody.  I was watching CSPAN and all I now see are Lindsey Ghram, Bob Casey, Arlen Spector, President Bush, etc. calling us all racist bigots which is far from the truth, and it just shows their true colors.

Besides this will make it harder for Wymissing’s spoiled brat Reading Mayor Marvel-Less Tom McMahon as he will not have as many Illegal Alien votes to count on, or welcome them into Reading with open arms.

Now bring on the comments :)

Fuck you matt and your blog!!!!!! you put what the fuck you want to. You do not post the whole comment when people post comments! I will be reporting you to the FCC and your employer. I will be posting whole comments on other peoples blogs about you. since most of my friends are the ones posting on your blog. They will see the truth and I will redirect them

A good example of the established elite in action. First of all you don’t know who I work for and it’s not of your business. Second the FCC has nothing to do with blogs.

As for editing comments, the only material I cut out was offensive material and the threats you continue to make toward me and other posters of this site, or material that may be off topic. It just pisses you off that there is an outlet in Berks County that Mayor Marvel-Less Tom McMahon, and Al Boscov have no control over, and we are calling them out on their actions.

Last I recall there is nothing illegal about that.

You are so full of shit! And I DO know who you work for!!!

I hate to point out the obvious, but this is Matt’s blog and he can pretty much post anything he’d like - they’re his opinions. If his thinking offends you, check out some other blogs.

Flaming Matt on his own blog is poor form.

    Live and let live.

In all honesty, I don’t agree with everything Matt has to say, but, I admire his guts (saying the things he does with his name attached).

If more people had his guts, things would be better.

  5. Matt Heckman says:

    Thanks for the support Outsider,

The idea of everybody agreeing with everything another person says is rather impossible. I will tell you where I stand.

    I stand for Limited Government.

    I stand for Low Taxes.

    I stand for secure borders.

I stand for Justices that follow the constitution rather then make law from the bench.

I stand for a strong defense in this country.

I stand for any American to have the right to bear arms.

Now I’m sure most people will agree with those principles.

I mean no offense, but some of your “principles” sound more like bumper sticker slogans than a clear and concise principle… for example:

    I stand for Limited Government

That means something different for everybody!

The corporatists like Clinton and Bush believe this means a weak government as it concerns regulating big business.

For libertarians like me, it means keeping the government out of my personal life, be it sex, drugs, or Rock and Roll.

For conservatives, it means not providing the needy adequate social services. Make those lazy bums go out and work, even if it is for slave wages.

For liberals, it means weakening the power of government so private institutions of power can direct society.

Don’t even get me started with the “low taxes” one, because someone always ends up paying for government. The Republicans have preached lower taxes for decades but keep spending like drunken sailors running up taxpayer debt, all the while passing unfunded mandates, forcing local governments to raise our property taxes without a choice in the matter!

    Now were up shit creek…

  7. Starbuck says:

Wow! Sounds like “Anonymous” has some issues!

Matt, I agree with your positions - and the comment by “Identity Suppressed” that they could be further clarified.

The part I don’t like about the immigration bill being defeated is that nothing has changed: as we speak, another few hundred illegals are sneaking across the border. Defeating the bill signals potential illegals that they can still get over here before we try to shut the door again.

I don’t like amnesty either, but I don’t think we are going to be able to avoid it, as the government doesn’t have the stomach - or the resources - to corral 12 million illegals.

I think a documented worker program is the only thing that has any hope of working. Of course, it won’t matter what we have in place if we don’t secure the borders…

The Amnesty bill never had any intentions of enforcing the border. If anything these Illegals will be a bit more afraid, because the American People signaled that they have had enough , and demand enforcement of existing laws.

What encourages Illegal Aliens is when President Bush gives Paris Hilton treatment (first class flight, and a 5 start hotel room paid for with your taxpayer dollars) to an Illegal Alien drug dealer to come up here and testify against 2 border patrol agents that only did their job in protecting their country.

“I don’t like amnesty either, but I don’t think we are going to be able to avoid it, as the government doesn’t have the stomach - or the resources - to corral 12 million illegals.”

We can avoid it. The resolve of America just proved that we can avoid it. Now that attitude that we can’t deport them is not true President Eisenhower proved that it can be done with Operation Wetback. Second regardless if it did work or not, the law requires us to deport them period.

If they won’t enforce existing law, the what makes you think they will enforce the new law proposed? All they want is pure Amnesty, for the reasons I stated before. For the creation of a 2nd class citizenry, and to increase the population of Reading, PA, and give a landslide victory to Wyomissing’s spoiled brat Reading Mayor Marvel-Less Tom McMahon.

If we need a surge in military troops anywhere it would be here to roundup the 12 million Illegal Aliens and patrol our borders.
