With Cletus Rivera the thug that shot Reading Police Officer Scott Wertz being allowed to have a jury outside of Berks County, this trial is already ruled in favor of him becoming another symbol like Mumia Abu Jamal for a bunch of lazy bums and thugs to worship.
Now here is the part that regardless of where you come from will piss you off. Over the weekend some of these thugs from Jefferson Heights housing project are passing this petition door to door throughout Muhlenberg Township and Laureldale to rename Buchanan drive to Cletus Rivera Avenue. I saw the massive list on this petition that they plan on submitting to the township commissioners which have given their full support for this petition drive according to these people. This has me angry, no it has me FUCKING PISSED OFF!
If this is allowed to continue I promise you I will be the first prick to tear that sign down, spit on it, shit on it, and piss on it. From our military, to our police officers, I’m sick and tired of these gangster thugs, and politically correct pussies making the bravest among us who put their life on the line, because they believe they can make a difference become the evil bad guy. To those of you who signed that petition I hope you burn in hell you sons of bitches.

After reading about Muhlenberg’s attempt to appeal to the state to increase property taxes beyond the rate of inflation today, I was just pissed.
When the damn budget is favoring non educational activities like custom football jerseys so the players have their last name on the back to feel good, and other stupid stuff like this, it is no wonder why these people come out of school stupid.
Back when I was a kid school sports were funded by sponsors, and active parents. Hardly any of the taxpayer money was used to fund these purposes.
Muhlenberg School District needs to get its head out of its fucking ass. Right now they need to budget the possibility of building a new High School since those dumb fucks built the last one on top of a fucking pit of RADON GAS! The stupid school board needs to freeze any funding on expansion until they know for sure that the existing High School can be saved by other means.
Schools need to be worrying about EDUCATION, and not about breading the next Kerry Collins, or getting a football dome like Wilson, or custom running tracks to be the color blue, or putting in million dollar turf for football fields like Muhlenberg. You want that shit then go raise money, and not continue to rape the taxpayers of a quality education for their children.
While we can also debate about Teachers Unions while their demands can be insane from district to district, this time it is not their fault. These school boards need to remember that this is education, and not the FREAKING NFL DRAFT!

As some of you know, within the next few months I’m going to be leaving Berks County to be closer to my place of employment. During that time I will continue to give my usual and sometimes shock jock style commentary. A lot of things factored in this decision from cost of living, criminal element, and especially gasoline prices to commute 120 miles round trip with a Firebird GTA (though the money is worth the horsepower). Most important it is also my health. As you know I am graduate of Muhlenberg High School Class of 1996. I have to wait for test results, but it could be possible that I will be added to that list of Muhlenberg graduates who have come ill. I can’t express to you the anger that has filled me over the past several weeks, but I refuse to make myself a victim. Regardless of the outcome I intend to move on, and excel with my God given talents.
It just comes to show how people in Berks County continue to be overtaxed, and in the process the whole county is polluted if you read The Reading Eagle and take their word for it. I can only say it’s a real shame.

From The Township Commissioners, to The Police Department, and so on, it seems Muhlenberg Township is nothing but a bunch of cowardly thugs. From trying to extort my mother by forcing her to sell her home to Patrick Heckman for 80K when it’s valued at 125K, to excusing the assault of my 2 year old son by Patricia Heckman, to now the latest attempt by these cowards to threaten to kidnap my children and hold them until I pay an $85.00 back balance that I was not even aware of to Muhlenberg Ambulance.
I get this call from this asshole making this threat after I told him I would pay the balance upon getting paid at the end of the week and not making a big deal of it. The son of a bitch not only threatened to sue me over $85.00, but threatened to come to my home and forcefully take my children until I paid it today. I just got done leaving one hell of a message to that bitch of a secretary giving her a piece of my mind, and told her I would pay the balance which was just a simple accounting error on my part.
Can’t you tell Steve Geras still runs the show from a prison cell? I don’t even bother informing the police, because they will tell me the “mother ship” did it, but I will make on thing clear to Muhlenberg Ambulance. If something happens to my kids, or they get harmed in any way, I will see to it that you pay for it. You mother fuckers wanted my attention, well you got, and like the typical Steve Geras minions that you are, you use innocent children to advance your pitiful political agendas. You bastards have no regard for human life at all do you? This is how you save lives? You stabilize them, and then threaten them. How many seniors died of heart attacks in Muhlenberg Township, because of your “recovery methods”? You know what? I bet your ass if dig deep enough that would find connections with harassed senior citizens being chased from their homes or killed from heart attacks related to stress to gain property that is on the Steve Geras agenda.
You people really are slugs!
-Update-
I have now officially filed a complaint with the FTC against Muhlenberg Ambulance. Let’s see what happens.

First off before I begin, I would like to address several rumors that have been floating around myspace.com and their GOP boards regarding the accusations against me and other members of The Berks Blog Network hacking The Berks GOP site. These rumors are false. As much conflict as I have had The Berks GOP lately, in no way would I, or any other member of The Berks Blog Network risk destroying our futures just to get at a two faced coward like Larry Medaglia. As I will detail, Larry makes a fool of himself quite nicely without anybody’s help.
John Morgan from The Pennsylvania Progressive highlighted something interesting the other day about how The Berks GOP has not filed finance reports for quite a few years now. Mr. Morgan found it hard to believe that The Berks GOP did not stump for anybody during that time. I can tell you that I know three people off the bat. Anne Carroll in her runs for judge in both 2003, and 2005, Tom Corbett’s run for Attorney General, as well as David “Chip” Brightbill’s failed primary bid to smear Mike Folmer. This is common knowledge among the party base, especially with Brightbill, and how Larry Medaglia was hell bent on helping to defeat Mike Folmer in the primary. According to the same anonymous source that informed me about John Perzel’s deal with Caltagirone, Larry Madaglia saw to it that several robo calls were made out in Brightbill’s behalf trashing Mike Folmer. Larry Medaglia has some explaining to do with the state big time.
The Berks GOP has been run long enough by spineless cowards like Larry Madaglia, and Marianne Sutton, and this is a prime example of it, besides that they have made no efforts to fix their web site. Jim Reitnour expressed lack of excitement with Larry Madaglia when he sought the 127th State Representative seat, and Keith Stamm even expressed concerns about The Berks GOP backing him for Reading School Board.
It’s time for the party base to take back control. These are the kind of things, and the kind of people that cost The Republican Party’s losses in 2006. Bottom line is Larry Madaglia needs to explain, as well as Marianne Sutton since both these people work for Berks County Government, and due to their recklessness for the law, they should resign at once.

I could not help but laugh when I read that Dana Hoffman from The Reading Eagle had her purse stolen right before Christmas. She is on her blog all upset and crying, but I for one don’t feel sorry for her at all.
The person who stole Dana Hoffman’s purse is my hero. This person was only a victim of our way of life. We need to understand him or her better and oh heck we need to give this person a hug. This person deserves every item from Dana’s purse, because it’s only fair, or is it? Considering the possible herpes, crabs, hepatitis, or other disease that comes from that fire crotch, maybe Mark Baldwin should bring charges against Dana Hoffman for purposely contaminating the thief.
Since her purse is more in likely all but dead in some trash can, maybe we can use its spirit to propose a county wide property tax increase to ensure the safety of all purses.
Do you people see where I’m getting with my unique sense of humor? This is the same kind of bull crap we get from The Reading Eagle, and Mayor Marvel-Less Tom McMahon over and over again on how to fight crime, but God forbid when it happens to them they want those criminals and thieves burned at the steak. The established elite in this county just continue to prove to us what kind of hypocrites they really are.
What goes around comes around.

For all you Ed Rendell sheep out there, remember you asked for this. In the latest attempt to feed his habit for our hard earned money, Governor Fast Eddie Rendell now wants to make every single interstate highway in Pennsylvania a toll road not just for revenue, but to make it “more fair” for The Pennsylvania Turnpike to compete.
If you think that people try to avoid Pennsylvania now, think of how they will avoid it after Fast Eddie starts collecting his Toll House Cookies from your wallet. I wrote an article a while back supporting the idea of Toll Highways as the future toward generating highway revenue, however I would only support it if the state’s gasoline tax was phased out in the process. The way this stands I can not support this measure. Without the gasoline tax being phased out, and with toll highways in the process will continue to chase out industry and continue to harm our economy. It has to be either a gasoline tax, or tolls, but not both. One of the biggest problems in government in general is that we have so many forms of taxation from income, property, sales, and so on. We need not just a more reasonable tax system, but one that is more direct. One tax, and one route to fund our government is what we need. I for one would prefer paying a 15% toward a progressive income tax system in exchange of getting rid of gasoline taxes, sales taxes, the ems tax, real estate transfer tax, and so on. Delaware has been leaning toward this trend for quite a few years now with success.
