Tax Breaks For Pimp Boscov, and SCREW THE REST OF US.

When I read in The Reading Eagle the other day about how The County Commissioners are considering property tax breaks for Al Boscov’s joke of an organization Our City Reading (which is worthy of a big time IRS audit) to fund his taxpayer funded pimp projects such as The Goggle Works II apartments, I was pissed off to say the least. It gets even worse, because The City Of Reading, and The Reading School Board are also considering the same thing for our Illegal Alien employing Tax Pimp. So what this means is you and me are going to pay for the taxes for people that want to live in $1,000+ per month apartment which there was no free market demand for in the first place. All three of these bodies are strapped for cash these days, and what makes Pimp Boscov so freaking special? We know the answer to that one.

Bottom line is we the taxpayers that are paying for the project to begin with. We are paying for it’s construction, it’s maintenance, and now it’s taxes while Al Boscov pockets all the profit. All without putting one damn cent of his own money into it. In a real free market if I wanted to start my own business, part of that is paying the taxes in the area that I choose. Could you imagine if I walked into city hall and said to them that I want to start a business, but don’t want to pay any taxes for the first couple of years? I would be laughed out the door. If Boscov wants this apartment complex, then put his own damn money into it just like anybody else would have to. It’s time that Al Boscov is exposed for the Tax Pimp that he really is. He continues to profit off of the decline of Reading and Berks County, and is considered a saint to this established elite. It’s time to call him on it.
