If there is anything to be learned her is that taxpayer dollars do not belong funding things that are in the area of the private sector.
A good example of this is an article on Variety.com today about George Lucas’s take on the future of the silver screen. He mentions how the film industry is getting too expensive to turn a decent profit, and the future is in TV, and Pay Per View. You can read the article by clicking here.
Now one of them has to be wrong. Who would you believe? A local tax pimp in Boscov, or George Lucas who is without a doubt the man who put special effects, and CGI on the map?
In my view in the end Al Boscov will only prove that his mind has been gone in a galaxy far far away.
