As I have been reading about the disgusting murder of Reading Police Officer Scott Wertz the first thing that came through my mind was that I seen this before. It did not take me too long to think how this is so much like the Mumia Abu Jamal case. For those of you who don’t know who I am talking about Mumia Abu Jamal is the murderous thug that shot Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner in cold blood in 1981.
Since his conviction for Officer Faulkner’s murder, Mumia has been martyred as a “political prisoner” by various left wing fringe political groups. Even worse this cop killer even had a street named after him in France.
Considering the fact that Mark Baldwin has already said that he is pushing for the death penalty, I’m sure this will have Al Walentis the editor of the Reading Eagle a bit pissed off considering the fact that Al Walentis was so outraged when California executed Stanley “Tookie” Williams who dedicated one of his books back in 1998 to Mumua Abu Jamal. Just something to keep in mind when Al Walentis, and The Reading Eagle start to demand that Pennsylvania spare the life of Cletus Rivera for killing Scott Wertz, or worse yet. Mayor Inner Child Tom McMahon wanting to name a wing of the Goggle Works after Cletus Rivera.
Speaking of Mayor Inner Child McMahon the question should be if he considers his pork projects with Al Boscov more important then getting body armor for his police officers? All of these Mayor Inner Child kool aid drinkers out there want to know why I continue to slap them in the face over these things? This is why. In Mayor Inner Child’s way of thinking the Goggle Works was supposed to end crime, and save the life of Scott Wertz. Mayor Inner Child keeps bragging about this “projected surplus” in the city budget why not ask that son of a bitch to invest it into his police force instead of trying to take more money out of people’s back pockets to fund the Goggle Works II which in the mind of Mayor Inner Child would have saved the life of Scott Wertz if it were only built.
These sad events will only continue if you don’t control the criminal element of the city first. If Mayor Inner Child McMahon and his tax pimp Al Boscov really care about the city why not use the money toward the police department to control the crime, and then build on projects? I think we know the answer to that one.
Otherwise for Cletus Rivera the bastard should fry, and any attempts by Al Walentis, The Reading Eagle, or Tom McMahon to stop it should be considered spitting on the grave of Officer Wertz.
