Victory for America

I wanted to share this e-mail I received today.  This is indeed a victory for America.

On June 16th, we were excited to tell you about Congressman Ron Paul’s success in stopping the United Nations from imposing its own direct tax on Americans.  After years of work, the language of Ron Paul’s bill blocking a direct U.N. tax on U.S. citizens was automatically included in a larger appropriations bill, thus ensuring it will be passed.  To all of you who stood with us for so long to fight this battle, even when the odds were against us, we extend our deepest gratitude.  Your faith and support of the work laid the foundation for this inspirational success.

But there’s more good news.  Yesterday, another member of the U.S. House of Representatives and The Liberty Caucus was inspired to join our battle.  That member is Scott Garrett of New Jersey, who introduced an amendment during a subcommittee hearing that cuts $2 million out of the money the United States will send to the U.N.  His amendment was approved.  Another victory for us!

Even though Congressmen Paul’s and Garrett’s recent victories won’t free the U.S. from the clutches of the U.N., the cause of American sovereignty has gained another champion and we have won another skirmish in our war against the U.N.’s global elites.

If you are a constituent of Mr. Garrett’s, please take a moment to say “thank you” for his leadership on this important issue.

If you are not a constituent, why not call his office with a word of thanks?  After all, it takes courage to stand up to the world-government elites, and when anyone does stand up for U.S. sovereignty, they take a stand for us all.  What could be more appropriate at the time we celebrate America’s birthday over the July Fourth holiday?  Call 202-225-4465 and leave a message for Mr. Garrett.
