I just got done reading a New York Times article mentioning that the US Senate passed an “immigration reform bill”. Basically the bill just forgives, and allows the Illegal Aliens citizenship. The biggest oxy moron sentence in this article is.

“With Republicans deeply divided, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted on Monday to legalize the nation’s 11 million illegal immigrants and ultimately to grant them citizenship, provided that they hold jobs, pass criminal background checks, learn English and pay fines and back taxes.”

Now can somebody tell me what is wrong with that sentence? Let’s see if you are an Illegal Alien, and want to be a citizen you have to pass a criminal background check. Now unless the term Illegal came from a cereal box, illegal means you broke the law, so how in the hell can you pass a criminal background check? This is just insane.

However the biggest dumb ass on the Judiciary Committee was Arlen Specter, yes our very own Senior Senator from Pennsylvania was quoted as saying this.

“We do not want to create a fugitive class in America,”

Now where in the hell have you been Arlen? Damn right they are a fugitive class, because they broke the law for the love of god. I’m so sick of Arlen Specter acting like he has a mandate with his reelection, but what he forgets is Pat Toomey was inches from owning his ass in the 2004 Republican Primary, and would have if it were not for President Bush, and Rick Santorum. Wonder why the Conservative base is not behind Santorum?

The other RINO (Republicans in name only) that supported this piece of trash called reform were Senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Mike DeWine of Ohio and Sam Brownback of Kansas. All the Democrats on the committee voted along with the RINOS as well.

However credit is due to Senators Jeff Sessions of Alabama and Jon Kyl of Arizona for sticking to their conservative beliefs. Jeff Sessions said it best with his quote.

“The Judiciary panel let the American people down by passing out a blanket amnesty bill.”

Now the quote that stuck a nerve with me was Lindsey Graham’s quote.

“The president believes and most of us here believe that the 11 million undocumented people are also workers,” Mr. Graham said. “We couldn’t get by as a nation without those workers and without those people.”

I say BULL SHIT! That’s like somebody saying that the Reading Police department could not get by without all the drug pushers, and crack whores marching the street, or they would be out of work even though they broke the law.

Bottom line is I’m am getting sick of the Republican Party, and their constant backstabbing of the Conservative base for who they forget got them into power. When they listen to illegal aliens more from a protest, then they do to American Citizens, then it’s pretty sick, and if they get voted out of office, and loose the Republican majority in November, then they deserve it. For all you Democrats out there I hope you reign in your boys that have supported this joke they call reform as well.

Showing his left wing Bias more then ever the Editor of the Reading Eagle Al “Sperm” Walentis accused me of posting under anonymous to attack his failed endorsed Communist candidate Stefan Kosikowski. On the blog in question Spem states that an anonymous poster that posts to his site had the same IP address as mine. First off the bias is clear to the fact that we don’t see Sperm outing the Liberals that resort to death threats, and other harassment toward Conservatives, and second everybody knows that IP addresses can be faked.

Sperm’s hatred toward Conservatives is very clear as of late, because more Conservative posters have been countering his extreme left wing statements. Other example of Sperm’s hatred has been attempting to frame me as a drug addict, and now this. What it comes down to is Stefan Kosikowski lost his campaign, and people like Sperm Walentis blame me for it. The fact that Sperm has to pull a Dan Rather to attempt to discredit me is an honor. It is good to know that I’m getting under his Slimly Liberal skin. To quote Styrker a regular poster to this site “Liberals can’t debate in ideas, and have to resort to character assassination.” That’s all this is, and sooner, or later Sperm will shoot himself in the foot over this.

However there are some things about this that are pretty sad.

1. It seems under the rules of Sperm Walentis anonymous posters that are conservative need not apply.
2. The Reading Eagle does not respect different viewpoints from their left wing bias, and agenda.

Bottom line is people know that Sperm’s blog is a forum for left wing ideals, and if he wants that it all good with me, but what Sperm attempted to do in this case is way out of bounds. Even if I did post as anonymous, when somebody is posting on a forum as anonymous, they have the right to keep their identity private, and Sperm’s actions just broke that rule, and every poster that posts to his site from here on out should be concerned. I have records of IP addresses on my site all the time, and I can tell you how some of the left wing kooks that post here have the same IP addresses as some heads of the local Democrat Party, but I don’t post that information, because I know that those addresses can be faked, and it’s nothing solid. I will debate you on ideas, and viewpoints, but one thing I won’t do is out your identity if you post anonymously.

I have been reading the Reading Eagle blogs today, and I could not help but comment on this whole Kevin Bean/Kristen Bean issue. For those readers outside Berks County Kevin Bean is the Director of Bean Funeral Homes, which is a very popular business in Berks County considering all of the murders that occur in Reading while Mayor Tom McMahon is searching for his inner child that’s so twisted that Michael Jackson would not molest it. Kevin Bean is a suspect in the murder of his wife Kristen Bean. There have been domestic disputes between the couple since January.

Allow me to give you my take on this. Kevin Bean not only is a murder suspect, he got a chance that only O.J. Simpson, only dreamed of, which is to prepare his wife’s body for her funeral where he can dispose of any evidence, and to add a touch to the world of O.J. land his attorney is none other then Emmanuel Dimitriou who is Berks County’s version of Johnny Cochran. This guy is so good he could have gotten Ted Bundy found not guilty.

I can not help but notice how this mirrors to the Terri Schivo case, where she was put in her condition by abuse of Michael Schivo. You had that corrupt local government in Florida, and that crooked judge making every excuse for Michael Schivo to starve his wife to death, and later have her cremated to hide any evidence. This is what Berks County is doing in letting Kevin Bean handle his wife’s body when he is suspected of her murder. Just wait and see folks, because we got ourselves one hell of a story here and it’s far from being over. I would not be surprised if this gets national attention at some point.

Bottom line is if you mix a little O.J., and a pinch of Schivo, and add a Bean for flavor, and you got yourself on deadly mixed drink.

This is a newsmaker that you won’t find in the Reading Eagle, because this matter hits pretty close to home for me since this involves members of my own family. What I’m about to tell you will be shocking to some, and in my family there has been an off limits policy to what I’m going to say, but after seeing the results of what has occurred today, I can not in good conscience keep quiet any longer about this.

Some of the local readers know about Bernharts Park. It was a public park that has been closed down since the early nineties due to contamination of lead, and other pollution. The speculation of what caused it was Excide Corporation, but there were a lot of missing pieces in the puzzle as to how the lake in the park got contaminated.

Harry A. Heckman Jr. who owned property on Herb Road right next to the old pricetown road where it dead ends. Next to the property is a creek that streams down to the lake at Bernharts Park. Harry has been using the land as an illegal landfill for the Hispanic community in Reading, particularly in the 9th street section around the Zig Zag Bar where Harry is known to the Hispanics as Mr. Sonny. Since he bought the property in the mid nineteen fifties there are tons of waste buried in that back yard from Tires, Car Batteries, Aerosol cans, automobile parts, and some whole automobiles containing leaded gasoline in the tanks that are buried a good 25 feet down. The creek next to the land was also used for dumping used motor oil, and all of it going downstream into the lake at Bernharts. Unaware to some of the Hispanics that Harry no longer owns the property, and despite signs posted my Muhlenberg Township warning of fines of $1,000.00 if caught they still dump motor oil in that creek, because I drove by, and saw them doing it today.

With help from his oldest son John A. Heckman Sr. who is famous for driving a Suburban into a house on Frush Valley Road on October 13, 1995, have been pocketing money under the table for years from this venture. Most of that money goes to fund the Boosters Club which is a private bar on Georgia Road, and the rest of it to fuel their drug and alcohol habits. Harry Heckman Jr. lost the property due to back taxes in 2004, but is still collecting money from the dumping of motor oil in the creek, and has since gone into hiding.

I invite anybody to drive by on Herb Road, and you will see in tires alone how much of a mess the property is. The property has changed tons of owners since 2004 due to the extreme cleanup costs. The only progress was that the house, and barn were overhauled, and looks pretty nice, but the back yard as tons of tires stacked way high. Sadly I doubt there will never be a way to know how much damage to the soil and to the creek has been done. I already submitted a complaint to the D.E.P. to offer any testimony if needed. I will keep you all posted as this develops.

That is my view of a recent incident in Reading, PA where a Store Shopkeeper got robbed, and fought back and gunned him down. (Click here for the Story) Now most of you would say that this man is a hero for standing up to these stupid gangsters that think their waistline is at their knees, but the lovely Liberal establishment from the Reading Eagle on down want this man charged for murder. Now you have to wonder why Business does not want to setup in this area. Let’s see if you fight back from being robbed, then you will be charged, but yet the guy that robbed you at gunpoint gets a pass.

Bottom line is this is typical mainstream Liberalism at its best. Always defend the rights of the criminal, and the innocent have no rights to defend themselves. This Storekeeper has my blessing, and carried his 2nd amendment rights with him. If somebody hits you for no reason, you can bet your ass that the person has a right to fight back. Mayor McMahon better get some hair on his balls, and stop trying to find his inner child bull shit, and start fighting the criminal, and not the average taxpayer. Oh that’s right the tax payer works, but the criminal is always sure to vote for him. Liberals can not afford to go after criminals, because it’s a big chunk of their voting block, and also a big chunk of them (i.e. Jim Keller, Stefan Kosikowski, and other Berks County Liberals with criminal backgrounds).

I was reading the letters to the editor on the Reading Eagle today, and I notice that a debate was going on in regards to Christians. The lovely people on the left have been pushing this for quite some time since Alan Colmes wrote in the book Red White & Liberal that Jesus was a Liberal. The typical Liberals on the Reading Eagle bring up all the same old points. I want to bring up a few points that the Reading Eagle and Sperm Walentis lacked the balls to post.

Though shall not steal. Now we can say this about our tax system today in regards to our local elected officials in Harrisburg. In the Ten Commandments, and the view of Jesus, Pickpocket Politics are a sin.

Though shall not commit adultery. According to the Ten Commandments Bill Clinton is a sinner. Now watch the Liberals distance themselves from Bill Clinton in the posts that follow.

Though shall not covet my neighbor’s goods. According to the Ten Commandments eminent domain, and government taking what does not belong to them breaks two Commandments, so you can say that The Berks County Commissioners, and some Justices on the US Supreme Court are sinners, especially the Berks County Commissioners and the whole Antietam Lake Drama. I guess you can see why the Liberal Judges on courts are hell bent, along with the ACLU in taking God out of the Public view which as been in place for over 200 years. They can’t stand the fact that there is a higher power on this earth then themselves.

Now for the most important commandment of all. Though shall not kill. According to The Ten Commandments, and Jesus you can say that a procedure that sticks scissors in the back of the head of a baby, and then have his brains sucked out, and skull collapsed is a sin, so I highly doubt that Jesus was a Liberal. Now Stefan Kosikowski on the other hand has claimed to be a proud Christian, but yet supports Partial Birth Abortion. You have to wonder if all of the babies that have been slaughtered with this barbaric procedure were evil seedlings of Corporate America, just like those people in Iraq that Stefan Kosikowski claimed deserved to be beheaded?

The Bottom line is Liberals are far from being Christian. The Liberals have been trying to destroy God in our public view with the ACLU for decades, and some of the Ten Commandments I mentioned above state the reason why.
