Berks County the hypocritical capital of the world

I feel the perfect way to debut this blog is by pointing out the recent hypocritical attitudes of people in Berks County. I was recently reading the blog section of the Reading Eagle which is the local newspaper in Berks County, PA. As most of you people know who the Gosselin family is. They are the family that made headlines by bringing in sextuplets into this world. There has been a serious hot button issue relating to a state funded nurse that has been helping this family. Most of the residents in Berks County have been labeling the Gosselins such things as welfare bums, lazy asses, and so on. As I’m reading this rotgut hate coming from these people it makes me sick to be a resident of Berks County myself, as I have been subjected to numerous smear campaigns from Berks County. To be brief Berks County is a very left wing liberal community, and if you don’t meet their “status quo” then you are literally an enemy.

Now let me be clear. I will be the first one to say that we have a lot of social programs, and funding that is a waste of our tax dollars, and we are overtaxed especially in Berks County. I do believe that a lot of these wasteful programs need to be done away with, however the Gosselins are not the poster children of welfare abuse. So before you hypocrites open your ignorant mouths about this family allow me to point out a few things about you.

How many of you that are complaining about this family don’t complain when your taxes go up? As a matter of fact most of the townships in Berks County actually dance in the street for joy on the basis of “giving to charity”. That charity is ok when its crack whores, illegal aliens, etc.

How many of you that are complaining about this family collect Social Security? The Gosselins I’m sure feel that the nurse provided to them by the state of Pennsylvania is in a way payback of their hard earned tax dollars over the years. You senior citizens that collect Social Security claim that it is owed to you on the basis that you are only getting back what you put into the system in the first place. Well I’m sure that’s how the Gosselins feel about their nurse for their children.

How many of you that are complaining about this family used for work for Dana Corp.? Yes Dana, and you people know who you are. The biggest group of free loaders on the planet. You people killed your golden goose with $40.00 per hour fork lift operators for an example. You people free loaded off of free road salt for your driveways, free gas for your boats, and cars. You people stole so much shit, and milked Dana Corp. to the point they could not afford to keep the Reading plant in business. Even worse the free loading did not stop there. You had unemployment extended for over 2 ½ years beyond what anybody else could get. You could claim that unemployment in full regardless of what wages you made on the side. You were also provided a psychologist, because you were in such a depressive state of mind. All paid for by the tax payer. Typical Berks County. Nobody complains about this scam, but they will attack a single family over a nurse.

Berks County really has gone to hell in a hand basket over the past 5 years. The only form of employment you can get is either flipping burgers, or working at a Sheetz, or Wawa. These people will smear the Gosselins, but will not have an outrage over a tax increase over saving a stupid piece of land referring to Antietam Lake from being developed that can bring in jobs, and economic activity for Berks County. In that I claim Berks County the hypocritical capital of the world.
